The following overview will help you to identify the errors and take appropriate measures to rectify them.

ViCare Climate Sensor: defective temperature and humidity sensor
Critical error: defective temperature and humidity sensor. Please replace the ViCare climate sensor.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

E3
ViCare Climate Sensor: inconsistent data memory
Critical error: inconsistent memory. Please restart the ViCare Climate Sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries. If the error is still present, please replace the device.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare Climate Sensor: hardware error
Critical hardware error. Please restart the ViCare Climate Sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries. If the error is still present, please replace the device.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare Climate Sensor: low battery charge level
Notification: The battery of your ViCare Climate Sensor is almost empty. Please replace it promptly with a new battery (1 × CR 2450) and then press the operating button on the back of the device.

Critical error: defective temperature and humidity sensor. Please replace the ViCare CO2 Sensor.

Critical error: defective CO2 sensor. Please replace the ViCare CO2 Sensor.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: inconsistent data memory
Critical error: inconsistent memory
ViCare CO2 Sensor with batteries: Please restart the sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries.
ViCare CO2 Sensor with power connection: Please restart the sensor by unplugging the power adapter from the socket and plugging it back in.
If the fault is still present, please replace the device.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: hardware error
Critical hardware error.
ViCare CO2 Sensor with batteries: Please restart the sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries.
ViCare CO2 Sensor with power connection: Please restart the sensor by unplugging the power adapter from the socket and plugging it back in.
If the fault is still present, please replace the device.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: low battery charge level
Notification: The batteries in your ViCare CO2 Sensor are almost empty. Please replace them with new batteries (4 × AA LR6 1.5V) as soon as possible.

Critical error: inlet temperature sensor in the heating flow is missing. Please have a sensor in the heating flow installed and connected by a qualified electrician.
