How does automatic hydraulic balancing work with ViCare Smart Climate?
ViCare Smart Climate Features
ViCare Smart Climate looks at the valve opening on the radiator thermostat, the flow temperature, the room temperature and the time required to reach the target temperatures. All rooms are balanced on the basis of this data: The system throttles the valves in the room that heats up fastest and opens valves in the rooms that take longer. The Intelligent Heat Control function guarantees that valves are supplied with a high and continuous volume flow at a low flow temperature. This reduces the cycling of the heat generator and increases efficiency. The components of ViCare Smart Climate interact with each other and guarantee a continuous volume flow, i.e. a valve is always slightly open.
This system works dynamically: when habits change, the system adjusts and rebalances, for example when a guest room is visited, when a child's room is converted into a study or when radiators are installed or removed. This also works with several radiators in the same room, which are then balanced accordingly.
