Which subscriptions are available in the "Discover" section of ViCare?
Overview Subscription & Discover
The Discover section currently offers two in-app subscriptions:
1. Savings Assistant
Helps you save energy and money while increasing home comfort:
Reduces your energy consumption with smart algorithms and simulations.
Adds automations for more convenience.
Gives you detailed insights into your energy usage and savings.
2. Dynamic Assistant
Optimizes your energy consumption based on variable electricity prices. Depending on your system setup, you can choose between Dynamic Assistant and Dynamic Assistant PRO:
Automatically shifts the operation times of your connected devices (heat pump, battery, or EV charging station) to more cost-efficient periods.
Lowers your electricity costs.
Maximizes the potential of your energy system.
Why don't I see Dynamic Assistant?
If you only see Savings Assistant in the Discover section, your system does not support the Dynamic Assistant subscription. Dynamic Assistant is available to users with:
Active Viessmann Energy Management, or the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management (for heat pumps).
The latest software version on the hardware device(s).
A German location.
