The Dynamic Assistant and Dynamic Assistant PRO subscriptions are an ideal upgrade for ViCare users who have at least the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management and want to benefit from dynamic or time-based electricity tariffs.

By automatically shifting the operation times of your connected devices (heat pumps, battery, or EV charging stations) to more cost-efficient periods, Dynamic Assistant helps lower your electricity costs while keeping your comfort and reducing manual effort.

Concept and features

With Dynamic Assistant, your system automatically optimizes electricity use based on price fluctuations, so you do not need to adjust time programs manually. Depending on your system setup, you can choose between two versions:

Dynamic Assistant

• Ideal for installations with a heat pump only and at least the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management.

• Provides tariff-based optimization.

Dynamic Assistant PRO

• Ideal for larger installations with a heat pump, battery, or charging station and an active Viessmann Energy Management.

• Provides tariff-based optimization.

• Lets you charge your battery from the grid when prices are low.

• Lets you use Smart Charging for your charging station.

Both plans also provide insights into electricity prices and optimization savings.

Availability

Dynamic Assistant requires:

• At least the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management.

• The latest software version on the hardware device(s).

• A German location.

Dynamic Assistant PRO requires:

• Viessmann Energy Management commissioned by a specialist.

• The latest software version on the hardware device(s).

• A German location.

Pricing

You can choose between a monthly or yearly subscription, with the matching payment options:

• Dynamic Assistant: €3.99 per month or €39.99 per year.

• Dynamic Assistant PRO: €7.99 per month or €79.99 per year.

You can cancel any plan at any time. The monthly subscription stays active until the end of the monthly period. The yearly subscription runs for 12 months and ends only after that period. Apart from the duration, the monthly and yearly models are identical and offer the same features.

Free trial period

You can test Dynamic Assistant or Dynamic Assistant PRO free of charge for 6 months. During this trial period, no costs are incurred, and you can cancel at any time.
