Does my Event History reset when I turn Hot Water Optimizer off? No, turning Hot Water Optimizer off and on again retains your full history.
When is Event History deleted? Event History is permanently deleted if you cancel your Savings Assistant subscription, deregister the installation, or remove the gateway or heating device. After reactivating, the history restarts from scratch.
