What data does Hot Water Optimizer use and how is my data handled?
Hot Water Optimizer
Hot Water Optimizer works with data from your own heating system and the inputs you make in the ViCare app. It does not need any information from outside your installation to optimise your hot water.
What Hot Water Optimizer uses
Your hot water settings at activation (the starting configuration)
Your desired hot water temperature and your hot water schedule
Your feedback in the app ("Everything is fine" or "Water is too cold")
Your household’s hot water use, which the feature learns over time
Transparency
Every adjustment is recorded in your Event History, so you can always see what has been changed and when. Your Event History is deleted when you cancel your Savings Assistant subscription, deregister your installation, or remove your gateway or heating device.
