Which electricity tariff do I need to be able to benefit from Dynamic Assistant?

Basically, you are free to choose your electricity supplier and there are no restrictions for the Dynamic Assistant subscriptions, meaning that all electricity suppliers are compatible.

However, to take full advantage of the Dynamic Assistant subscription, you need an electricity tariff with variable pricing. Specifically, this includes:

• Dynamic electricity tariffs – Prices change hourly based on the energy market EPEX Spot.
• Time-based electricity tariffs – Prices vary at different times of the day, such as peak and off-peak rates.

If you have a different type of tariff, you won’t benefit from the Dynamic Assistant's optimization.

At present, only very simple hourly dynamic electricity tariffs are supported. For example, the following extras are not (yet) supported: Tariffs with 15-minute resolution, price caps, cashback for flexibility, price guarantees under certain conditions, tariffs with monthly prices based on exchange prices.
