In which countries is a Dynamic Assistant subscription available?

The Dynamic Assistant subscription is currently available for installations in Germany.
In 2026, additional country launches are planned for Austria, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom. Other countries will follow.
If Dynamic Assistant is available in your country but you do not see it in the ViCare app, your system may not meet the requirements for the subscription.
Please note that availability also depends on your system setup. You need to use Viessmann Energy Management and have a dynamic or time-based electricity tariff.
