The integrated Viessmann Energy Management is embedded in the Viessmann products.
In order to connect your devices into a single integrated system and optimize them intelligently by Viessmann Energy Management, it must be activated by your specialist partner via the ViGuide app, and at least one Viessmann energy meter must be integrated into the system. This is a prerequisite for visualizing the data and using the full range of features, including household consumption analysis. After successful installation, it connects your devices into an interacting overall system. It includes the hardware, the Viessmann cloud and the Viessmann devices, such as the ViCare app.
For systems consisting solely of a One Base heat pump (Vitocal from 2022 onwards), the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management is available in some countries, including Germany, and automatically activated.
