If your new device is a Viessmann Energy Management-supported device, your specialist partner can integrate it by recommissioning it with the ViGuide app. After successful commissioning, the new device will be displayed in the ViCare app.
Devices that are supported and compatible with your system can be found on the Viessmann Energy Management web page and can be requested from your specialist partner.
