Hot Water Optimizer is an AI-powered feature in the ViCare app that manages your hot water temperature range for you. It learns your household’s hot water use and automatically adjusts when your system reheats water. Hot Water Optimizer helps save energy while keeping enough hot water available, and you do not need to set up anything yourself.

Availability
Hot Water Optimizer is included as part of your Savings Assistant subscription at no extra cost and works only with compatible Viessmann systems. If you are not subscribed, start a free trial or choose a plan inside the ViCare app. You can find Hot Water Optimizer on the Hysteresis page in the app. This feature is currently available as a BETA.
