Are there any requirements for a Dynamic Assistant subscription?

To subscribe and get the full benefit, you need:
The ViCare app: Dynamic Assistant is part of ViCare, so you do not need to install any other app.
At least the basic version of Viessmann Energy Management: The subscription unlocks tariff-based optimization for systems managed by Viessmann Energy Management. Dynamic Assistant for a heat pump only works with the basic version. Dynamic Assistant PRO needs Viessmann Energy Management commissioned by a specialist.
The latest software version on your Viessmann devices: We recommend enabling automatic updates in ViCare under Settings > General > Software updates. You can also enable notifications to be informed before an update is installed.
A smart electricity tariff and a smart meter: Dynamic Assistant is designed for dynamic and time-based tariffs with variable prices. To enable the optimization, add your tariff details in ViCare under Settings > Tariffs.
The features available to you also depend on your installed devices. Features you cannot use appear under “Show unsupported features”.
