I have just set up the devices for ViCare Smart Climate and my radiators are still cold. Is this normal behavior?

When you install and pair ViCare Radiator Thermostats for the first time, the smart valves must first learn how far they should open the flow to provide you with the desired comfort. The learning process during the setup of the first heating behavior can take up to three hours.
We strongly recommend that you do not touch the radiator thermostats and do not attempt to set them manually.
