I have no connection to ViCare Climate Sensor after losing power - what should I do?

Sometimes, after the power connection is lost, the ViCare Climate Sensor must be restarted. The following procedure should be followed:

  • Remove the batteries.
  • Attach the batteries again.
  • Press the pairing button.
  • After all of the above steps are done, wait for the device to reconnect to the app (max. 5 minutes).

If mentioned actions did not help, you should contact your Viessmann installer partner.
