How many rooms and ViCare components can I integrate into my Viessmann heating system?

Depending on the generation of your heating system, you can create a different number of rooms via the ViCare app and assign Smart Climate components to them.

For Viessmann One Base systems (with integrated WLAN)
You can create up to 20 rooms including the so-called “Other Rooms”, i.e. rooms without their own ViCare Thermostats, and integrate up to 40 Smart Climate components.

For older heating systems (with Vitoconnect communication module)
You can create up to 20 standard rooms and an additional 4 "Other Rooms" while integrating up to 65 Smart Climate components.

Please note: With the floor thermostat, each connected zone counts as an additional component. A fully connected floor thermostat therefore corresponds to 7 components (1 main component + 6 connected zones).
