How long does the battery in my ViCare thermostat last?

The battery has a long service life of up to two years. However, the percentage of battery charge does not change linearly, so at the end of this period, the battery life can be exhausted very quickly.

After receiving a notification that the battery level has dropped below a level to allow device updates, we recommend that you replace the battery within the same day.

How do I recognize that the batteries in the ViCare Radiator Thermostat, the Climate Sensor odr the CO2-Sensor are weak?

As soon as the battery level of your ViCare radiator thermostat or climate sensor falls below 25%, you will receive a notification in the ViCare app. You will receive the second notification when the status is below 10%. In addition, the displays of the devices show a corresponding code (E14 & E15).
