Can I control my heating via Google Home?

Yes, you can control your Viessmann heating system via the Google Assistant. All you need to do is connect the ViCare app to the Google Assistant:

• Install the Google Home app on your smartphone or tablet. You can download it here:
  • iOS devices: iOS App Store
  • Android devices: Google Play Store
• Open the Google Home app. Navigate to “Add device” and then select “Works with Google”.
• Search for “Viessmann” and link your account to Google Assistant by signing in with your Viessmann credentials.
• Once successfully set up, you can control your heating with voice commands such as “Hey Google, set the heating to 22 degrees”.

This function allows you to set the temperature, switch the heating on and off and retrieve information about the current heating status.

Please note that this service is only available in German and English, and that multiple installations and/or multiple gateways are not supported.
