The following overview will help you to identify the errors and take appropriate measures to rectify them.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: defective temperature and humidity sensor
Critical error: defective temperature and humidity sensor.
 Please replace the ViCare CO2 Sensor.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

E2
ViCare CO2 Sensor: defective CO2 sensor

Critical error: defective CO2 sensor. Please replace the ViCare CO2 Sensor.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: inconsistent data memory
Critical error: inconsistent memory

ViCare CO2 Sensor with batteries: Please restart the sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries.
ViCare CO2 Sensor with power connection: Please restart the sensor by unplugging the power adapter from the socket and plugging it back in.
If the fault is still present, please replace the device.
In the case of a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.

ViCare CO2 Sensor: hardware error
Critical hardware error.

ViCare CO2 Sensor with batteries: Please restart the sensor by removing and reinserting the batteries.
