Where can I check the Wi-Fi strength?

In the ViCare app, you can see whether the strength of the Wi-Fi signal between your router and the Vitoconnect communication module or your Viessmann One Base System (with integrated Wi-Fi) is sufficient. To do this, proceed as follows:

  • In the ViCare app, navigate to the “Devices” section in the “Settings” area.
  • Click on “Communication module”.
  • Here you will find information on the WiFi strength.

If the signal strength is weak or very weak, this is the most common cause of a connection failure and can lead to frequent reconnection.
