How can I reconfigure my network?

If your network configuration has changed, e.g. after switching to fiber optics or changing the Wi-Fi password, you must reconfigure the network so that your Vitoconnect or Viessmann One Base System (with integrated Wi-Fi module) remains connected to the internet. To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  • Update the network configuration by navigating to “Communication module” in the “Settings” section of the ViCare app.
  • There you can enter the new network data under “Network configuration”.
