How can I reboot the Vitoconnect communication module?
Connectivity
After troubleshooting, you must reboot the Vitoconnect. A restart can also help with connectivity problems. Proceed as follows:
Via the ViCare App
- Navigate to the “Settings” area in the ViCare app.
- Select the “Communication module” section.
- Click on “Reboot communication module”.
Via the Vitoconnect
- Press the reset button B and the operating button A simultaneously for approx. 15 seconds.
- LEDs
and
light up green. This means that the start-up process is in progress. This can take up to 2 minutes. - LED
lights up white. The Vitoconnect is ready for operation.
