How can I reboot the Vitoconnect communication module?

After troubleshooting, you must reboot the Vitoconnect. A restart can also help with connectivity problems. Proceed as follows:

Via the ViCare App

  • Navigate to the “Settings” area in the ViCare app.
  • Select the “Communication module” section.
  • Click on “Reboot communication module”.

Via the Vitoconnect

  • Press the reset button B and the operating button A simultaneously for approx. 15 seconds.
    • LEDs  and  light up green. This means that the start-up process is in progress. This can take up to 2 minutes.
    • LED  lights up white. The Vitoconnect is ready for operation.
