The ViCare app is not working

Close the ViCare app completely and restart it. The ViCare app should now work again. To be on the safe side, also check the iOS App Store or Google Play Store to see if updates are available. Also make sure that your operating system meets the minimum requirements. In principle, the app supports the latest version of iOS and Android as well as the two immediately preceding versions of both operating systems.
