Which devices and operating systems are supported by the ViCare app?
App settings and user account
To use the ViCare app safely and reliably, your device needs to run on a current operating system. We currently support Android devices with version 9 or newer and iPhones or iPads with iOS 14 or newer.
Older operating systems are no longer supported because they do not receive security updates, which can make your device more vulnerable to threats. Newer systems also allow the app to run faster, more stable, and give us the possibility to provide new features and improvements.
To continue using the ViCare app securely and with all features, we recommend updating your device to the latest available system or switching to a newer device.
