Why can't I see the “Tariffs” and “Finance” sections in my ViCare app?
Tariff entry and financial analysis in ViCare
The “Tariffs” and “Finance” sections may not be displayed in your ViCare app for the following reasons:
- Viessmann Energy Management is not configured for your system.
- These functions are not yet available in your country. Currently, “Tariffs” and “Finance” are only supported in Germany. An extension of these functions to other countries is being planned.
