How can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription & subscription management
You can cancel your Savings Assistant or Dynamic Assistant subscription at any time through the ViCare app. Simply go to the subscription details screen, click the three dots (⋮), select "Manage", and you will be redirected to Google Play or the Apple App Store, where you can complete the cancellation process.
For iOS users (e.g. iPhone, iPad):
- Open the ViCare app and log in to your account.
- Tap on “Discover” and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- In the upper-right corner, tap the three dots (⋮) and then select "Manage".
- In the new window, click "Cancel subscription".
- The subscription details screen will open, showing the remaining term of your subscription.
- If you wish to reactivate your subscription later, you can do so anytime by clicking "Manage" again.
For Android users (e.g. Google, Samsung, Xiaomi, Motorola):
- Open the ViCare app and log in to your account.
- Tap on “Discover” and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- In the upper-right corner, tap the three dots (⋮) and then select "Manage".
- A new window will open—choose whether you want to pause or cancel your subscription. To proceed with cancellation, tap "Cancel subscription".
- In the next window, you can provide a reason for cancellation or skip this step by selecting “Continue”.
- A final confirmation window will appear—click "Cancel subscription" to finalize the process.
- The subscription details screen will open, where you can check the remaining term of your subscription.
- If you wish to reactivate your subscription later, you can do so anytime by clicking "Manage" again.
When will your subscription stop working?
- Monthly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing month.
- Yearly subscriptions will remain active until the end of the 12-months period.
