Where can I find the device status and diagnostic information in the ViCare app?

To check the device status of your installation and call up diagnostic information, please proceed as follows:

  • Click on “Devices” in the “Settings” area in the ViCare app.
  • Select the relevant heat generator.
  • Then click on “Diagnostic information”
