The ViCare app does not display the outdoor temperature

The ViCare app only displays the outdoor temperature if the heating control system also has this function. Your system must be equipped with an outdoor temperature sensor to display the actual outdoor temperature. If these conditions are met and temperature is still missing please check your notifications and check your sensor for any external damage. In case of further problems contact your contractor.
