The boiler temperature is not displayed

Please reboot the heating device or the communication module if you are using the Vitoconnect module. If the problem persists, please contact your contractor.

In principle, you can find the boiler temperature in the ViCare app in the “Settings” menu under “Diagnostic information”. The boiler temperature is displayed for all oil and gas heating systems.
