In the heating circuit tile “--” is displayed instead of the actual temperature

The actual temperature is only displayed if the app has data from the heating system. The heating control system must be equipped with such a function. If you have installed a room thermometer or a remote controller (e.g. Vitotrol), no data is available and “--” is displayed, please do the following:
- First check whether the Heating Circuit operating mode is on (Heating).
- Check your remote device for any external damage.
