How can I deregister my Viessmann installation or communication module via the ViCare app?

To deregister your installation or your communication module, please proceed as follows:
- Navigate to “General” under “Settings” in the ViCare app.
- Click on your respective installation type under the “Installation” section.
- Click on the “Deregister installation” button.
or
- Navigate to “Devices” under “Settings” in the ViCare app.
- Then click on the “Communication module” button.
- Click on the “Unregister communication module” button.
