ViCare Control
The ViCare app offers automated push notifications with the status changes of your system.This way, you know promptly whether there is a problem or whether everything is OK. All notifications can be found in the “Notifications“ panel in the app.
Possible error messages are very easy to recognize:
- Yellow: Warning
- Red: Error
- Blue: Information
- Green: Tips
To add information about your contractor go to the “Contractor” panel in the app settings. For this function, you only need to select the data of the specialist company and save it in the app. Another option is to connect the specialist company directly to the heating system. This requires a service authorization. You can issue this with just two clicks. This allows the specialist to detect faults at an early stage and possibly even rectify them remotely or come to you with the right spare parts.
