With the Home Climate app, you can enjoy safety, convenience and efficiency when it comes to heating. This cloud-based solution allows you to control your heating system easily via smartphone - anytime, anywhere. The app is equipped with an intuitive graphical user interface. This allows you to see at a glance how you can save energy and CO2, for example, or ensure an even more comfortable home with the Smart Climate devices through single room control.

And Home Climate can do even more: the intelligent algorithms of Home Climate Plus, which is available as a subscription, automatically save energy and provide you with many informative consumption graphs.

Please note the respective minimum requirements for the operating system so that the app can function optimally.

To create a new user account, proceed as follows:

  1. Download the Home Climate app directly from Google Play or the iOS App Store to your phone or tablet.
  2. Open your Home Climate app and click on “Create account”. You will be guided through all the necessary steps by your wizard, simply click on “Get started”.
  3. Enter your e-mail address - this will become your username.
  4. Enter your name and address. You can use your current location to automatically enter the required details. The system will check whether your address can be determined and is correct, and you will be prompted to select the correct address details if necessary.
  5. Enter a secure password for your new account. The password should consist of at least 8 characters - upper and lower case letters, special characters and numbers.
  6. You will be asked to read and accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  7. A confirmation screen will be displayed with information on the next steps. Go to your emails and continue with the registration by clicking on the link in your confirmation email to activate your account.
  1. On the login screen of the Home Climate app, click on the “Forgot password” button.
  2. Enter the e-mail address you used to register.
  3. You will then receive an email with which you can reset your password and create a new one.

Account management
The Viessmann Climate Solutions account is used by several mobile apps (for example ViCare and other Climate Solutions apps). You can delete your account at any time using one of the following methods.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app
If you are using an app that supports in‑app account management:

  1. Open the app
  2. Log in if necessary
  3. Open the Settings tab
  4. Go to Profile
  5. Select Manage account
  6. Choose Delete account

Option 2: Delete your account on a website
You can also manage or delete your account directly on the account management website:

  1. Open the https://account.viessmann-climatesolutions.com/
  2. Log in if necessary
  3. Open Settings
  4. Go to Account settings
  5. Choose 'Delete account'

Important information

  • Deleting your Viessmann Climate Solutions account will remove your personal data and revoke access for all apps using this account.
  • This action is irreversible.
